Terms and Conditions for 1:1 Mentoring Sessions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of 1:1 mentoring services provided by SPA STEW LLC to you. By booking a mentoring session, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal agreement.
Services Provided
Mentoring Sessions: The service consists of personalized mentoring sessions conducted via videocall focusing on career guidance and support for Spa Stew roles within the yachting industry. Each session's duration and content will be as agreed upon in advance.
Session Preparation: Clients are expected to fill out a pre-session questionnaire to guide the session's focus. This ensures that the mentoring provided is tailored to the client's specific needs.
Booking and Cancellation
Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance. Availability may vary, and slots are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost.
Payment
Fees: The fee for each mentoring session will be provided at the time of booking. Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Refunds: Refunds for cancelled sessions will be provided in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
Confidentiality
Privacy: All information shared by clients during mentoring sessions will be kept confidential. SPA STEW LLC will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.
Use of Information: Information provided by clients may be used for the purpose of delivering personalized mentoring services and for improving the service offerings.
Limitation of Liability
SPA STEW LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the mentoring services, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Amendments
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after any amendments, you agree to be bound by the terms as modified.

CV Crafting Service Terms and Conditions
Service Description: The CV Crafting Service offered here aims to assist individuals seeking employment in the yachting industry as Spa Stews, Stew Masseuses, or Stew Beauticians. The service involves the creation of professional resumes tailored to the specific requirements and preferences of each client.
Information Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their professional experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant details. The accuracy of the provided information directly impacts the quality and effectiveness of the crafted CV.
Privacy and Confidentiality: All information provided by clients will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Personal details and any sensitive information shared during the CV crafting process will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent.
Delivery Time: The CV crafting process will commence upon receipt of the completed client questionnaire or form. The standard delivery time for the completed CV is 10 business days from the date of form submission. Any delays in the delivery process will be communicated to the client promptly.
Revision Policy: Clients are entitled to one round of revisions following the initial delivery of the crafted CV. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the completed CV. Any additional revisions requested beyond this scope may be subject to additional fees.
Payment: Payment for the CV Crafting Service is due upon confirmation of service engagement. The accepted payment methods and applicable fees will be communicated to the client prior to service commencement.
Cancellation and Refunds: Clients may cancel their service engagement at any time before the commencement of the CV crafting process. Refunds for cancelled services will be issued based on the stage of completion and any incurred expenses up to the point of cancellation.
Ownership Rights: The completed CV, including any revisions or modifications, remains the intellectual property of the client. The service provider retains no rights or claims to the crafted CV beyond the scope of service delivery.
Limitation of Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the crafted CV, the service provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use or reliance on the CV by the client or any third party.
Acceptance of Terms: By engaging the CV Crafting Service, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
